My Quad some times gets no signal to mixer or amp even though there is signals in the input and output of the quad The only remedy is to turn off and and back on a couple of times to get the signal out of the quad. I have a good power supply It’s been happening more often. Thanks for any input

they’ll have you run a few tests, maybe make a video of the issue, and send a diagnostic report from your QC. It’s possible your output board is dying, which will require repair.
