Working on presets with SD 170 power amp to 2X12 cab, then to amp head plugged in the send and return, it worked great, back to QC into the power amp and speaker cab worked a bit then nothing. I did a factory reset, nothing …Then it worked with Headphones, KRK monitors plugged in direct, back to the amp send and return all works fine, then back to power amp speaker cab nothing…changed cables etc…Any ideas I just got this thing and going out to do dates next week and really wanted to take it instead of the pedalboard 
I’m confused. There isn’t a send and return with the SD170…… are you using it with another amp head or something?
No just a input from the QC, then output to speaker cab on the Seymour Duncan 170
Check the meters on the output menu of the QC and make sure nothing is muted/the output is actually getting signal. Also double check your volume knob is up on the unit + that the row you want has the appropriate output (assuming it would be output 3+4 since you would want quarter inch out to the power amp)

@tmguitar , are you using the OEM power supply? I’ve seen record of this when using alternate power supplies. If a backup and factory reset doesn’t resolve, email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue and hopefully provided quick resolution.
