Quad Cortex Audio interface not showing on iPad or midi guitar 2

Quad Cortex Audio interface not showing on iPad or midi guitar 2,
Always showed I/O settings on iPad and iPhone but now not showing .
Also want to confirm with anyone the proper USB input and output settings.
It is sending signal to iOS devices but not showing up in the iOS I/O settings, and also not seeing any meter signal on USB levels in USB I/O settings.
Thanks,

Apple products are USB audio core compliant by default etc., Are you using any USB hubs? How are you connecting the QC to your iPad?

I am using a Dock Teck USB C hub. Connecting the USB out on Quad Cortex to the hub and the USB C from the hub to the iPad USB C. This all works as I was using it last year on this same hub, iPad and my iPhone. I also tried bypassing hub but it still does not show in settings.
Thanks

Ok, so you have tried both when using a hub, is it powered by any chance? For bypassing the hub, did you use a USB adapter or a dedicated cable? Have you tried an alternate USB cable? Also, which iPad are you using? I have an iPad Pro 12.9" gen4 which has always worked by default. I don’t believe there are any settings on the iPad etc. I have used Logic, GarageBand and a few other apple apps without issue but they allowed me to configure the USB inputs. Lastly, you indicated you used the same setup last year without issue. When did it stop working for you?

Yes, the hub is powered. When bypassing the hub I used a USB B to USB C cable into the iPad. iPad is Gen 3 OS 18.5. It has been many months since last using so when I set it up yesterday this issue was happening. I also did a a hard reset on iPad. No change. It seems like everything is being controlled by the iPad and not the interface. I can hear the synth sounds in the various synth apps in midi guitar 2 but all wonky with no tracking control. Also, always used the same guitar as well.
Here is a screen shot of setup.

Thanks

I would suggest emailing support@neuraldsp.com as they can log your issue and help provide resolution via diagnosing your logs and related. Worst case, if there is a possible hardware fault, they will be able to facilitate repair as needed.
