As I sat down to get some research done for work, I fired up my Mac Studio and QC – however, there was no signal coming through the QC
I checked my System Settings>Sound and saw that the QC was no longer listed
I restarted both the QC and my Mac Studio and it was, once again listed
However, for the past hour, the QC disconnects every few minutes then reconnects about 5 seconds later on its own.
Anyone experience this? Is this a known bug? Any advice on how to stop it from happening?
Thank you.
QC firmware: CorOS 2.3.1
Mac Studio M2 Ultra

Sonoma 14.5

Are you using a powered hub and or OEM power supply? Worst case email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log the issue and hopefully provide resolution.

I am using the power supply that came with the QC when it arrived about a month ago

have you tried a different cable or USB port?
I went out and bought a new USB-B to USB-A cable yesterday
Wondering if it is even worth emailing NDSP customer support to see if they will send me a new cable (I’ve barely had the QC for one month)

Was that your issue, bad USB cable?

Well, since replacing the USB cable provided with the QC, I have not experienced any connection issues - so, I can only assume that was the issue since that is the only variable that has changed

I’ve bought mine since 2 weeks and I have the same problem…It is connected directly to my Imac (?)
