I’ve been using my QC a lot more as a pedalboard into the front of my old fender amps as I love v2 captures of my pedals.
I already own a Radial JCR reamp box which is passive and small. Is there any advantage to using this off one of the XLR’s vs a guitar cable directly from one of the outputs 3/4?
Better impedance match? Ground loop elimination?
Hi, there shouldn’t be any particular advantage to using the D.I. to pass through to your Fender amp. Go ahead and use output 3 or 4. You may need to experiment a little bit to get levels that work well from the QC to the front of the amp.
If you experience any ground loop hum, try using the ground lift on the QC first. If that doesn’t solve it, then try incorporating the Radial D.I. back in and using the ground lift on that.
