No iLok code

I just purchased the Parallax plugin, installed it, but when I wanted to activate the license, iLok Manager keeps asking to enter a code for registration.
I understand that the iLok license is depossited automatically, but far as I know that means that I can skip the code entry page and log in with my iLok account and it should be activated, but when I do, iLok again asks for the code and I cant move past this step without entering the code.

So, even though I shouldnt need a code, where can I find it?

Neural is currently experiencing a higher than normal influx of purchases because of the sale, so it’s taking longer for codes to be deposited into accounts in some cases. Give support a shout at support@neuraldsp.com and they’ll get you sorted out.
