CorOS Version: 4.0.0

Describe your issue:

Quad Cortex got stuck after a firmware update.
Update downloaded successfully, but unit became unresponsive.
All footswitch LEDs blinking blue, no audio output, power button unresponsive.
Recovery mode (A + H) does not work.
Tried full power disconnect and multiple recovery attempts.

Only touchscreen is responsive.

I would definitely recommend that you email support@neuraldsp.com so that they can log your issue and provide RMA or resolution. Also, make sure you are using the OEM power supply and with nothing plugged in when trying to reset.
