Plugins won't unlock on QC

I just got a QC, and I’m having trouble getting plugins to unlock on my device. These are the steps I’ve taken:
Downloaded the trial of the Gojira X plugin
Created an iLok account
Downloaded iLok license manager
Linked my iLok account to my Neural account

I was under the impression that was all I had to do, and the plugin would unlock. Is there something I’m missing? It’s worth noting that I bought my device used but I’ve unlinked it from the previous owner’s account and linked it to mine in-device

Did you purchase the plugin? You can trial the plugin on your PC/MAC but you need to purchase it to utilize on your QC.
