Pluging on Quad Cortex and plugin on Computer sounds different

i was making some test yesterday and I did the following configuration:
Configurate QC as a audio interface for Audio in throught USB:
one signal unprocessed and another stereo, processed.
In the DAW Logic in my case, I stablished the output throught my Motu M4 and studio monitors.

Then I use the same preset from PLINI Plugin and it sounds different… it should sound the same… in my opinion… so am I doing something wrong?
I must say that for reasons I dont understand the difference is not much in tone but in volume and compression (Pluging on Computer is louder and also sound like less compressed…)
It seems to be like everything throught QC is EQ somehow… I dont have any EQ or global EQ active.

If someone knows something please share!!!

I think you have to lower the input on the QC by -2,8, if I remember correctly, when using it as a audio interface for the plugins.
Then you should get the right sounds.
plugin on QC -0
Plug-in on PC -2,8

i was checking yesterday and you were right but the input to match the levels seems to be -1.8

Could you write how you setup your quad cortex as audio interface? I cannot get them to sound the same.
On ableton i have one track with input 3/4 (setting qc to usb 3/4) for the quad cortex sound, and one with input 1 and the plini x loaded in

Last time I try this I did the following 2 tracks, one is usb 3/4 which if you don’t change in the QC settings should be the wet signal, and the second track with usb 1/2 which should be dry DI signal once you have set up this should be just the level adjustment, I don’t know if they make adjustments in the last update but I tried again the other and I didn’t need to adjust the levels. Let me know if this work for you like this!

I think i set it this way, but i think i’m doing something wrong, because from the qc i get +10dB of noise when using high gain and no gate, the sound is different too. Where do i need to lower the input by 1.8?

Lower the input on the input of the QC. Check the input menu of the unit itself
