what is the Kemper speaker powered by? What kind of cable did you connect it with? I doubt that’ll solve it, because you should get headphone output no matter what you do, but it’s worth asking.
So, after having to wait 24 hours for a response, I went to Discord. We did many, many, many adjustments, but nothing worked. Some mentioned an issue with the output card and that the same thing happened with older models.
Anyway, I received the Headrush FRFR 112, connected it correctly, turned it on, but no sound either.
I contacted support, but unfortunately, they only respond at night when I’m asleep, so I feel it will take a long time to get a final decision.
Do you get no sound from using a factory preset?

Hi, how did your no sound issue resolved? I approached the same problem few days ago, as headphone output on my QC just stopped working.
Like it was mentioned before, I made sure all of the steps regarding noise gate, power supply unit etc are ok. The same setup I used all the time, just stopped working. I know the QC still works, because I can tune my guitar using input 1 slot or even when connecting PC via USB cable, I can see on I/O that the audio signal from PC is registered in QC.
Was it mechanical issue that was solved by neural support?
It happened to me on stage yesterday: no sound through the outputs or headphones. I did a factory reset and it started working again.
What helped me 2 days after noticing the issue, writing about it to NDSP and being completely clueless what to do next (QC was just a few months past the warranty period): just gently dropped it twice from 10cm onto the floor… No sound/output problems since that.
Good old-fashioned method of fixing malfunctioning electronics worked in my case. Recommend it to anyone with a similiar problem to give a little slap at the back of the QC. If it works, it works. Seeking a technical solution doesn’t mean that it isn’t worth to try superstitions and magic tricks.
