Hello, I just purchased the Plini Archetype plugin for my windows 10 and neither the standalone or the daw plugin are processing any sound or effects from the plugin, just my clean guitar tone from the focusrite interface. I’ve read through every forum and changed all my input and interface settings as suggested by support but still nothing. I’m a bit concerned I just wasted all this money and really need some advice, maybe from someone that’s dealt with this issue before.

did you ever figure this out? i have the same exact problem i thought my problems were because i was plugging into my interface, but trying to hear through my laptop speakers . so i thought my problems were over when i got my new monitors, but alas, new i can only hear my totally clean raw guitar sound. yuk.
please help me make petrucci work.
