No sound: Connecting QC through Focusrite to Speakers

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and I have a question regarding the connection between my QC to a Focusrite Solo and my 2 KRK speakers. I thought it would be possible to connect my QC to the Solo and from there directly to the speakers but no. The focusrite notices a signal (so the output from QC seems fine as usual) but then there is no sound coming from the speakers. Cables from the Focusrite are two balanced cables (1/4" stereo jack). So is this combination only working with a DAW in between? Thank you all for your answers :slight_smile:

You need to use the app Focusrite control to assigned the inputs you use for your QC to direct monitoring
