Neural DSP Darkglass Ultra VST3 switches to enabled even when saved as disabled

Neural DSP Darkglass Ultra VST3 switches to enabled even when it was saved as disabled in the project. I compared it with another three plugins and only Neural behaves uncorrectly.
I kindly ask support team to address this issue. I used this plugin for week or so and was able to find two bugs already. Please provide the fix.

Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1 Intel
Cubase 12.0.70
