Hi @ronietl , welcome and sorry to hear you are having boot up issues. You followed all the normal troubleshooting so the only thing I can add is to ensure you are using the OEM power supply? If not, ensure you are using 12v @ 3A (2A minimally). If still having issues, please email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get the issue logged and hopefully provide a quick resolution.
