Does someone know how could I select different rows in a preset?

Just use scenes exactly the same as Ola did. That is the whole purpose of scene mode, to enable that kind of work flow to be seamless in tones.

Yes, you can control multiple parameters with grid I/O, fx blocks etc., I have several presets where each scene is like switching through a 3-4 channel amp from clean to crunch etc.
