Hello, new to the forum and to Neural, but not guitar peddles and modelers…
So just wondering if anyone is mounting their Quad Cortex or Mini with screws?
Is their any info for the screw thread diameter and depth on the unit?
Thank you,
Dave

Would recommend industrial strength Velcro
I would recommended 4 strips (about 2.5cm or 1 inch long) of 3M Dual Lock on the corners of your device. I can assure you that QC is not coming off your board easily!
Dual Lock also leaves no goop if you want to remove it from the QC later. Added benefit, it provides a slight gap between which you can route flat cables.
Picture for reference
PS: I can hold my QC and not get it off my board even if I would shake it. Cioks DC7 on the underside… You have to pry/twist to get it off.
This is what I use with my QC and Temple board and love it.
Came here to recommend the BoardMods plate. Definitely recommend, otherwise, I would use Temple’s plates - use 4 mediums (one on each corner)
Painter’s tape on the bottom of the QC; THEN use Temple plates or 3M dual lock. Holds strongly, but peels off easily when you need to with no adhesive gunk.
3m dual lock comes off cleanly with a heat gun/hair dryer
I should have known about the hair dryer trick back then, when I almost bent my big Line6 Helix because I had glued duallock over the entire length. It would have saved me a lot of stress and a few scratches on my pedalboard :-).
Plastic pry bars work very well to get the actual pedal off with dual lock. The ones made for auto trim removal last longer than the ones for electronics like the ifixit ones.
