Hi, all; I use OnSong on my iPad (through midimittr) via Bluetooth into a BT MIDI dongle on my QC. Prior to the latest update, my MIDI commands worked flawlessly; send a PC to select preset, then send a CC to select a scene. Bam. Too easy. I turned off "Ignore redundant PC, and when i would switch songs, the preset would load and then go to the correct scene.
But since the update, the MIDI has been incredibly intermittent. It might change preset occasionally, or reload the current preset, but it will rarely select the scene now. I’ve even tried adding in a few ms delay between PC and CC, but still no dice. Nothing else has changed except the update.
Anyone else encountered this and have a solution? Checking here before I email support. Thanks!
I did a quick search on Discord and here etc., but unfortunately didn’t turn up anything helpful. Unless someone pipes in with some additional details, I would go ahead and start the process via email to support@neuraldsp.com etc., let them log the issue and probably analyze your logs and hopefully provide quick resolution.
Yes, the same thing happens to me. I’ve half-fixed it by calling CC twice. As a help I can say that it works better if you do not have the USB cable connected to the computer. I tried with delays too but… that doesn’t work
Thanks guys; yeah, I’ll hit up support and let them know of the issue. I’ll report back if they give me any working tips or if they say they’ll address it in the next update.
