JMP1 preamp

Hello

I’m looking to occasionally use a JMP1 in my setup. Before I buy one I thought I’d check here to see the most sensible way to wire it up.

Would it be possible to have it in an FX loop?

I have an ADA MP1 that I connect from time to time, in my opinion the time based effects works the best in the loops and in the past I have connected my ADA outputs directly to QC inputs as it’s all line signal anyway. I will say having the preamp running through the QC, using cab/fx blocks really wakes that preamp.

That’s really helpful, thanks - will try before the QC also. If that becomes a permanent set up I guess I could set up a switch beforehand to toggle.
