The last update 3.1.0 was published end of November. Since then we got no news about the next version. I was hoping that the next version does not need so much time – unfortunately we will have to wait … I was hoping that the Petrucci and Rabea plugin was next door after finalizing the X versions.
Cue the next round of grumbling.
- “They promised us __”
- “If only they would give us more updates…”
- “I paid $$$ amount for my QC/NC…”
- “Line 6 / Fractal / Kemper did it differently”
Come on guys, post it here since you’re going to do it anyway. Get it out of your system, and let’s move on.

In time it may have been a while, but no one gets much done over Christmas. My company block all software releases from a week before until a bit into January. This year especially, all but one person in our team was off for two weeks solid as well.
So they’re already down to about two months actual working time since the last realease.
It looks like Henson X is due out very shortly. We’ll probably hear more about QC sometime soon as well.
In any case, it would be great to get monthly (development) updates in the news section as in 2024. Seems that for unknown reasons news updates have been stopped after 24/11/18
That’s exactly what I am missing – a bit more communication about next updates …

Yeah, the lack of communication and new features - especially in the areas that the QC lacks in such as effects, is the main reason why I most likely won’t stick with neural after moving on from the QC.
Updates will always be announced on NDSP’s NEWS page, here, and on Discord.
This is the same process NDSP has always followed.
