Even though I wish the posts more frequent, I do appreciate that NDSP are providing meaningful development updates. Some manufacturers either provide no communication ahead of releases, or flood us with marketing noise.

Could be because they want to make a massive update with the synth block, a lot of new stuff, effects and improvements that will blow our mind !!! 
Or there is not much yet and prefer not to speak about because some of us are already not completely happy with the updates rythm and content.

Not trying to provoke a debate but I find so much complaining about lack of updates a bit strange tbh. I decided to purchase my quad cortex based on what it does now rather than 2nd guessing what functionality it may or may not have in the future. I’m really pleased with mine and the updates are a bonus.

I’m very happy with all the products, but the lack of communication is not so great. No Update, no roadmap. The Nano was released in September in there is no communication on anything other than we will expand on it.
The Quad Cortex needs some quality of life improvements and some plugins should come over. If they need 3-4 month for two plugins, we are far of getting all of them…

That’s just the way the guitar modeller market works. The expectations have been set by other competitors for years and now customers expect exactly that. In addition, Neural has always promoted the QC with an aggressive high-frequency regular update strategy as a selling point. Therefore, the promise must now be kept.
But we’ve really had this topic here enough times and both ever repeating sides are annoying, both the persistent complainers and the ones who constantly only praise Neural or “I don’t understand why you need updates to be happy”-people.

Nobody wants to hear misinformation on schedules or applicable updates. All updates will be announced here, on Discord and on NDSP’s news page when available,
