Not directly a QC-related question, but I get serious option overload, and 50,000 IRs is killing me. Is there any software out there where you can load in an IR and literally view the frequency response curve? It would be unbelievable if I could load them all up in a program and just click through until I see one with the general curve I’m looking for
You could do it in a DAW with an IR loader, white noise source and an EQ/audio analyser that shows frequncy content of audio.
Also have a look into Mikko 2 which lets you create your own IRs and has a rather amazing free version including a frequency response plot.
