Hello,
I use Ableton Live as my main DAW. Is it possible to sync Quad Cortex’s tempo with Ableton Live’s tempo? Just as an extra info, I own an separate audio interface to which the Quad Cortex is connected to with XLR/TRS cables.

Sure. It’s called MIDI Clock. I’m doing the same thing - running preset and scene changes, Minivoicer notes and of course the MIDI clock.
