Hey all. Can someone explain the Room Mix parameter to me? I get that it’s some kind of reverb, but I’m wondering if meant to be completely stand-alone or if it’s room mic ambience that’s meant to be combined with another reverb block. I really like the way it sounds, actually, and often use it by itself. But it sounds completely different to me than the Room reverb block. Thanks.
It’s just an additional room reverb that’s added to the IR loader, that’s all. I like the way it sounds.
If you decide later you don’t want later it you can turn the room mix control down, or use the IR Loader Lite block, which doesn’t have the room mic at all (and saves some CPU).
Does anyone know which room reverb and settings this uses? I love the room mix in the IR loader and I use the block just for this (empty). Just for the room mix, with no IRs loaded.
