In1 and In2 dIfference?

I just got my QC yesterday. And I found out when I use USB connection, only In1 works. I did everything I can. connection, factory reset, turn on/off, driver setting , firmware update etc. Does only In1 provides USB connection? or I got defective product? There is no usb input signal when I use In2.

Enable Inputs

It may be a setting within your DAW.
I use Reaper and the setting is titled Enable inputs.
I’ve attached an image for reference.
