How to setup an external wah to the QC?

I have the Dunlop Cry Baby 535Q which has two ports (Amplifier and Instrument).
Which one goes to which port in QC unit? Can I use this as an expression pedal?

You can’t use it as an expression Pedal. You connect the amplifier out to the QC Input 1 or 2. And your guitar goes into the “instrument” input
