I try to always go through official channels for support, but I submitted a ticket to support via email on the 16th December as I’m having a major issue with capturing amps on my QC since the latest Cor OS update (high pitched squealing and signal loss seemingly stemming from the QC that I can’t seem to diagnose) but have still not had a response.
Is there any better way to contact them or am I out of luck until some point next year?
Use network@neuraldsp.com and ensure email replies aren’t going to your spam folder. If you are still unable to get a reply, DM your contact details and I’ll escalate directly to support.
I am having the same issue. 3 emails to support, no response and I have checked my spam folder regularly. I just sent an email to the “network” email address but it seems like the support email address should not have this problem. I am hoping for some progress here as it has been nearly a month with no response from nDSP.
Sorry you are having problems getting into contact with support. Definitely check your spam folders and copy that network address above just to ensure your email is getting to support.
