Sorry to post here, I appreciate it’s the holidays and people may be off etc.
I try to always go through official channels for support, but I submitted a ticket to support via email on the 16th December as I’m having a major issue with capturing amps on my QC since the latest Cor OS update (high pitched squealing and signal loss seemingly stemming from the QC that I can’t seem to diagnose) but have still not had a response.
Is there any better way to contact them or am I out of luck until some point next year?
