Feature Request - Save Looper loops within the internal memory

nice feature, voted

Fully agree. It would be very, very nice to be able to save, and load loops.

Revisiting this, now that Headrush have released the ā€˜Core’ modeller.

I’ve just seen that this newly announced device does have the ability to load backing tracks to the unit via either the USB socket (from a USB memory stick) or even via Wifi (it can access your backing tracks - and presumably loops) via servers like Dropbox.

When I first started this Feature Request all I wanted was the ability to save loops on the QC internal memory, and I didn’t really see the need to be able to download loops from a memory stick or even via Wifi from a server. However the game has changed a bit with the release of the ā€˜Core’ and being able to store tracks/loops on a memory stick or cloud and then access them straight on to the QC would be an extremely useful feature. Please vote!

dear neuarl dsp team:
ā€œwhat makes it so difficult to implement this?ā€

if you implement storeable looping feature i will buy QC immediately!

thank you!

Voted. This is the only reason I am not selling my headrush yet, though already switched to QC - would be immensely helpful feature from the workflow perspective

I’m glad this thread came back around. I had forgot to vote for it! I have a bad case of CRS lol. Voted now

Now, off to go see what this ā€˜core’ modeler is all about!

Well done - with 74 votes so far, there’s hope that QC will do something about this one… isn’t there?

I agree.
I think saving loops / loop session would be an amazing feature.
Before getting the QC i had a Headrush Gigboard, which costs a fifth of the QC and it had this feature, which i used almost daily.

I had recorded some ā€œjam loopsā€, which i could then recall depending on what i felt like playing.
I hope this get added to the looper!

Yes please! That would be lovely and very helpfull. I do have to take my loopstation from boss and the quadcortex at my gigs for the moment.

I think it’s unbelievable how a Headrush MX5 that I had before (which costs a fraction of the price of a Quad Cortex) has features that I thought were basic and took for granted and the Quad Cortex doesn’t have them at all.
This is one of these features and it seems it shouldn’t be hard to implement but seems they’re not interested. Another one is the concept of setlist that would make arranging presets for a gig much easier…

Been wanting this for years, and will likely move across to Helix Stadium, as this seems not to be on Neural’s radar at all…

I really hope, this will be added soon. So far I have connected a looper pedal, but it would be so great to get this feature on the Qc and get rid of the looper pedal.
