Enable the tuner in "I/O Settings"

At home I use the QC on my desk as my interface. So I very often find myself in the situation that I want to use the tuner, but I am in the “I/O Settings” screen. To access the tuner, you have to:

  1. press “Done” on the display
  2. hold the TapTempo/Tuner-footswitch to activate the tuner
  3. press the TapTempo/Tuner-footswitch to deactivate the tuner
  4. swipe down on the display to get back to the “I/O-Settings” screen

Because TapTempo/Tuner-footswitch doesn’t serve any purpose in the IO-Settings screen anyway, it would be nice to simply skip step 1 and 4.
