Downloads take too long

I’m a mostly happy QC user, but downloaded patches, etc. take at least 24 hours to show up. I grabbed 3 patches and a couple captures this morning and 14 hours later still nothing in my QC. This is normal in my experience, but it shouldn’t be. Why can’t I download a file, then apply it to the QC?

I start the download on the cloud via win 11, the same PC that the QC connects to 24/7. Cortex Control is running on the same machine. Everything everywhere is updated properly. Any ideas?

Instigate network connection and the download itself from the machine instead of cortex control.

They show up in your downloads list immediately though, right? After you refresh the downloads folder, before you try to actually download them?

As the files in question are so very tiny it can’t be the actual download that’s taking any time.

I would try working from the unit directly first myself.
