My QC cannot download anything. Has full 5 bars of signal from the WiFi and it keeps saying “Unable to execute the database action (3100)”. I’ve tried using multiple different WiFi, and have power cycled the unit several times, nothing works. Can’t download presets, IRs, or anything else. The unit will show them, so it is connecting to the database alright and seeing the presets and stuff, but can’t download anything.
Tried it right now, same issue.
To Neural DSP: Please make it possible for us users to store everything (Presets, Captures, Updates, Firmwares, etc.) locally. This right now shows what happens otherwise.
NDSP support has indicated the issue is now resolved. Thanks for the heads up all!
