Hello everyone. I’m new here, my name is Luca and I’m from Italy. I will try to tell you my story briefly. In late October I purchased a Quad Cortex from an Italian dealer. Wonderful device, I created my own presets, my own sounds and had fun. In early December, suddenly, the screen had lines that made it impossible to read. So I contacted the dealer who sent me an RMA for replacement. Yesterday the “new” Quad Cortex arrived (the box was broken internally, the power supply out of its case but the box was sealed), I figured it was a reconditioned one. I turned on the machine and… surprise: I cannot log in because I got this error
So I tried to update the device but I got an error saying “The update procedure has failed”. I cannot post a picture because I am a new user.
So I contacted NDSP support by email and they immediately answered by asking to send them a report from the unit and the serial number. I did it but they found no issues. Then they asked me to check my internet connection and to connect it to my phone hotspot. I did it, connection was fine and I got the same error when connecting to the hotspot. So yesterday evening they asked a picture of the wifi connections on the Quad Cortex, I sent it but got no reply. After that I sent them seven emails just to know if they were receiving my messages but I never got an answer.
So I’m writing here in the hope that someone can help me in resolving this frustrating situation.
I am new to forums, so if I did something wrong please be kind.
Sorry for the lengthy post, thanks for reading and, eventually, helping me out.
