Cortex Control-USB Disconnects when Output to FRFR Connected

I noticed that I can’t use Cortex Control if I plug any output to my FRFR. The USB loses connection. Is this normal? As soon as I unplug output to FRFR, Cortex Control works fine.

Any ideas?
