Cortex control - stucked on "loading presets"

Hi all here, my cortex control remains stucked on “loading presets” on my Mac and i can’t use the software.

Any tips to solve it?

Hi, stupid question but I will ask it anyway… is Quad Cortex connected to USB of your Mac? And if so… is it properly connected (check cables, etc)? Because Cortex Control does not work without QC connected.

i solved updating the firmware.

I am having the same issue - CQC is on latest version 2.3.1 and Cortex Control I downloaded again (because there is no update button) and it is version 1.01

EDIT - I was plugged in through a USB Hub - so it registered it was there but could not interact with it
