Cortex Control Keeps Downloading all Chosen Presets - everytime I login

Hello,

  1. if i login to that application, reboot my machihe and open the application (PC) back, it does not rememeber me, which is fine… I unlink my user and relogin, but then the software download ALL of the presets I ever downloaded…

  2. I’m using chrome to access the cortex cloud, and 100% of the time it shows presets that I had downloaded already, as not downloaded.
    is it a known thing ? what am I suppose to do ?

is it something that I’ve misconfigured or did wrong ?

I would contact Neural support. Sounds like a possible issue with your login.

yes I have been my momgetting a lot of errors while opening and login on to the website.
those “ooops something has gone wrong…”.
I disabled the adblockers, though.
