After updating Cortex Control to 1.3.0 and Quad Cortex to 3.2, I can’t get my Quad Cortex to respond with Cortex Control.
Did you install the latest cortex control? There is an updated version.

It’s a Windows 10 PC. I uninstalled it, restarted it, and reinstalled it. It appears to be loading the presets, and after a while, a message appears saying to connect QC with a USB cable.

Send an email to support then. It works fine here on multiple laptops with Windows 10

Yes, other cable and this cable with other device, cable Is ok.
Reinstall Cortex Control and same issue.
I had a small laptop that did that and it didn’t have enough GB’s. Maybe the new editor requires more. Do you have at least 8 GB?
