My cortex cloud app on Android is stuck on the Neural logo page. I tried reinstall, clear cache already and also restart my phone. No fix.
New update: It is working on both phones now. I reinstall and went to app settings and I saw around 68mb of data on the newly installed app which means if you uninstall and reinstall the old data is still saved. After clear data it is up and running.
Update: I have another Samsung which does not have a sim but connected to wifi. Thankfully it worked with the clear cache and clear data (without reinstall or restart phone). Firmware update now. The other main phone is still not working.
