The Cloud cortex app is not working. When I try to open it, it gets stuck on the black screen with the logo and never moves past that point. No error messages appear—it just stays like that for hours.
I’ve already tried:
Restarting my phone
Restarting my internet connection
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Nothing has worked so far.
I urgently need access to my presets today, as I have a rehearsal and need to make changes. I really hope someone from the support team or the community can help me fix this as soon as possible. I paid a considerable amount for the device, and right now I can’t use it at all.
Also, I think offline functionality would be really helpful for situations like this.
When this happens to me normally it is a network issue related. What I do it is trying with mobile data or change to wifi or even I use Warp by Cloudflare just to change my DNS and always worked
Me compré el nano cortex y no he podido conectar al cortex cloud, intenté con diferentes móviles y ordenadores y nadasiempre sale el error de conexión a internet. Intenté todo lo sugerido de borras datos/cache, re-instalar la app pero no hay caso! Una gran decepción
En España los operadores móviles cortan el acceso a algunos servidores por culpa del fútbol, para que la gente no se conecte a servidores pirata. La solución es fácil usa una VPN y conéctate a cualquier país que no sea España. En horario sin fútbol funcionará sin problema. Neural dsp no tiene nada que ver y por tanto no pueden hacer nada. A mí me costó descubrirlo y mandé muchos mails a neural. Esperemos que dentro de poco hagan una actualización que no haga dependiente de internet la app
