App not working

The Cloud cortex app is not working. When I try to open it, it gets stuck on the black screen with the logo and never moves past that point. No error messages appear—it just stays like that for hours.

I’ve already tried:

  • Restarting my phone
  • Restarting my internet connection
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Nothing has worked so far.

I urgently need access to my presets today, as I have a rehearsal and need to make changes. I really hope someone from the support team or the community can help me fix this as soon as possible. I paid a considerable amount for the device, and right now I can’t use it at all.

Also, I think offline functionality would be really helpful for situations like this.

Jip it’s the same for me…

Clean app data, cache and run. Worked for me.

When this happens to me normally it is a network issue related. What I do it is trying with mobile data or change to wifi or even I use Warp by Cloudflare just to change my DNS and always worked

I sent an email to support and their suggestion worked for me.

Please check and try the following:

  1. Long tap the app icon.
  2. Tap App info
  3. Tap Storage and Cache
  4. Tap Clear Storage, then tap Delete

Afterwards, please retry opening the Cortex Cloud App on your Smart Device and check its behavior.
