Cloud Cortex app not working on my S24 Ultra

So I’ve tried restarting, uninstalling, deleting the cache, data, etc., but none of those options has worked for me.

Strangelly this only happens on my Samnsung S24 Ultra, which after the latest security update yesterday, the app stopped working.

I used a tablet with android too, but there I didn’t have any problems opening the app, but is not really ideal to use the tablet since is not that good.

So you have any other advice?

I’m in the same situation. I’ve updated my phone, restarted the phone, uninstalled/reinstalled CC. All I get is a blank screen. Is anyone able to offer advice?

Contact support@neuraldsp.com if you haven’t already. This might be a bug they need to be made aware of

I had the same problem (OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus 13, both Android), the app hangs on the logo splash screen.

It was fixed by following the instructions (clear the app data) from this post App not working - #6 by DarthHollis

Same here Google Pixel 8. uninstalled the app, restarted.
Opens the app and gets stuck on Neural logo
