Ever since the 1.3.2 update, I’ve had to login to the cloud on the QC every time I want to refresh my presets on the device. This is too much. And a perfect example of why it shouldn’t be tethered to a phone app.

Looks like this might actually be 1.3.1, even though I had updated after the 1.3.2 release. Updating now, hopefully no login issues after this.
It’s a known issue that some users get signed out from time to time but not every time using the unit.
Ndsp are already looking into the problem. Consider writing to support@neuraldsp.com and sending a report from your device so they have more data for investigation.
