Cloud error 500

Hy I can’t download anything from the cortex cloud anymore, just get a cloud error 500, my internet is fine, don’t know what to do
If anyone can help, please do

Same for me, 500 means server side error so its on NDSP’s side. I guess they’ll fix it ASAP.
