Chief CE2W Chorus Distorts

Describe your issue:
When I do x, y happens : If I use CE2W Chorus, either mono or stereo the guitar distorts almost like I have an OD on.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Step 1: Insert the CE2W Chorus
  2. Step 2: Turn it on, any setting
  3. Step 3: Play

I expected this to happen:
When I do x, I expect y to happen: I expect to have a chorus sound without distortion

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried x: Mono and Stereo
  • I have tried y: Changing settings on all knobs
  • I have tried z

Hi @Mick8187 and sorry to hear about the chorus issue you are experiencing. It might be beneficial to link a video/audio example along with the preset for diagnostics. Also, I would recommend to email support@neuraldsp.com as they will likely have you send diagnostic logs and provide a rapid resolution.
