Hi I have the free trial of the John Petrucci plugin which says it comes with IRs but I can’t find how to load them. I use the dropdown with the mics but there is only the option to load custom IR. I don’t have an Impulse Responses folder in ProgramData/NeuralDSP either.

They are the IRs! 
combined with moving the mics around on the cab. You don’t have to deal with individual IR files unless you want to load/use your own.
Ah ok thanks, I kinda came to the same conclusion after doing a bit more research but wasn’t really sure, I’m new to all this stuff 
it’s really good timing as I discovered Neural DSP just before the sale and am excited to play around and buy one or two plugins.
