I can’t log into my account. I even rest PW with no luck. Anyone else? When I enter my info it says it logged in then goes straight to an error logging in.
I’ve been using the cloud for years and now I can’t. Something is wrong. I contacted support but nothing has been resolved yet. It won’t work on my computer in my studio and it won’t work on my phone. It was fine until this past weekend.
A bunch of people were having issues with Cortex Cloud, should be resolved by now (Monday, June 29th). Or at least I’m able to sign in to my account presently.
Mines not resolved and support says no changes were made that would make the error and they offer no solution.
Support said to use a different browser in incognito mode and its finally working for me jsyk
