I can't log in Quad Cortex

I can’t log in with my user in my Quad Cortex, I even reset my password but I receive Error Code 6 every time.
What’s happening?

I cannot login to my NDSP account from time to time

you need to clear your browser cache. this is a common thing people have posted about for the past few years, and anything they do that it works fine

Try using the search feature where you will find a few posts. Regional outage due to televised games. Nothing NDSP related.
