everytime I try to connect to my account I get this error : An error occurred while connecting to the cloud: associating hardware with the account failed. network error?
I tried everything, using my Mac with cortex control, tried phone hotspot , other wifi , it looks like my unit is blocked or something please help me I already sent a report and an email but still didn’t get an answer

Have you tried changing your password?
If that doesn’t work, Support pretty much always needs to get involved

yes, I also tried to make another account and I got the same problem
A few more details needed:
Have you had your QC for a while, or is it a recent purchase?
Did you get yours brand new, or secondhand?
Have you ever been able to connect with your account in the past, or has it always had this problem?

Worst case if you have a recent backup you could try a factory reset and restore.
Either way, support will follow up and help you resolve. They are usually pretty quick.

I bought it second hand like two months ago and I was able to log in with my account, now today I tried to update it and I got this problem
I’ve got this issue with my mini, is there a fix before I send it back

have you checked with Support@neuraldsp.com yet? If there’s something glitched with your account, they’ll need to correct it from their end.
We’d need more info if we were going to try to user-troubleshoot it here.

if we can get it figured out we should post the resolution here since you’re having the same issue/error message as the OP.
Can you confirm:
you ARE connected to wifi?
you can’t link your NDSP account
The unit is showing connected but when i try to log into my account or update i get the error.
