Can we have 44.1khz as well as 48kz sample rate for usb audio

I have a lot of song files in 44.1 khz sample rate my DAW is set to 44.1kz it means i just can’t use the Quad Cortex via USB it seems most other gear i’ve used has multi sample rate.
Is this an oversight or for a reason.
Maybe 96khz also.
