Hi I tried install both Tone king and Cory Wong. But I cannot launch the plugins. After double clicking on the icon, it is shown as a minimal icon in the taskbar. I cannot see the menus. How to solve it? I did install ilock. And my CPU is Intel i7. Thanks Regards
Did you log into iLok and activate your plug-in?
Yes I did log in to ilock. I can load it to ableton 10 lite and open it. But just no sound and I am not sure what is wrong since I am very new to ableton. I just line to use standalone version. Thanks for your help.
I don’t know Ableton but maybe you can throw a screen shot up of your Ableton audio settings and hopefully someone can assist you. Otherwise, email support@neuraldsp.com and they should be able to assist.
Yes I did email to support. But they don’t follow-up after I sent them my CPU information by request. It is quite frustrating. Thx
It might take a day or two to get back and they usually won’t respond over the weekend.
Hello moderator. I can no longer open my plini x on the mac. And in cortex control I can’t see any Plini presets. Only a default. What am I doing wrong?
