This happened to me twice today. I was plugged into cortex control via USB, and I held the tap button to access the tuner and while I did seem to be able to see the tuner on cortex Control, the screen just went black on the QC and I wasn’t able to use the footswitch to exit that screen. I had to press the power button to bring up the “Shut down - Restart, etc” menu and that brought the display back. Has anyone seen this happen before?
Haven’t seen that one. What is your USB connected to? Are you using the factory power supply?
Factory power supply, USB was plugged into an M2 MacBook Air

Couldn’t hurt to try a system recovery too.
