Using screenlock with liquid on screen crashes device

I’ve had this happen in a different context.

Black screen when opening up the tuner?

This happened to me twice today. I was plugged into cortex control via USB, and I held the tap button to access the tuner and while I did seem to be able to see the tuner on cortex Control, the screen just went black on the QC and I wasn’t able to use the footswitch to exit that screen. I had to press the power button to bring up the “Shut down - Restart, etc” menu and that brought the display back. Has anyone seen this happen before?
