Hey guys! I’m a new QC user and really enjoy it. I also really enjoy how easy it is to download things from the cloud, change things on the QC itself and on the Cortex Control software. It is a great set up. But I’m having problems setting up and using the trial archetype presets from Neural DSP. The troubleshooting team have been great and we’ve tried loads of things including Reaper software but I can’t seem to get them going (and have lost the heart to spend much longer trying to get them working - as I find it super complex in comparison to using the cloud and the QC). Anyone got any alternatives to the Archetype Presets that are easier? Are there paid presets on the cloud or other things that people have used that are just easier? Thoughts? In essence I’m super happy paying for some good presets or things for the QC, but I’ve probably lost steam with trying the Reaper/troubleshooting path (especially if that’s what owning the Archetype Presets actually involves!). I’m just thinking/asking around whether anyone else has had any experience with other presets from other places, or using the cloud based stuff more broadly, or paid for captures or things like that?
